What is the CashBackAutomator?
The CashBackAutomator is a small Firefox browser tool that helps you use cash back sites more efficiently. It sits in the bottom right hand corner of the browser. It's free, easy to install (and uninstall), and doesn't include any malware, adware, etc. You need a BigCrumbs.com account (free) to use the CashBackAutomator.

What do I need for the CashBackAutomator? What is Firefox?
To use the CashBackAutomator you need a free BigCrumbs.com account. You also need Firefox, which is a free web browser you can get here.
What are cash back sites?
Cash back sites are an easy, free way for consumers to save a little bit of money when they shop online. They work like this:
1. A consumer visits a cash back site.
2. The consumer clicks through the cash back site to a store and makes a purchase.
3. The store pays the cash back site a referral fee, and the cash back site returns some or all of that referral fee back to the consumer (like an automatic rebate).
I am at BigCrumbs.com - should I sign up for a "Crumbsavers" or "Crumbearners" account?
In general, if you are shopping for yourself, you will get more cash back as a Crumbsaver. The Crumbearner accounts are for people who want to earn more money through affiliate revenue.
Set it and Forget it?
We designed the CashBackAutomator to be an easy tool that you can "set and forget". If you can get cash back at a site, the tool will let you know. One click, and you will get cash back credit. If you can't get cash back at a site, the tool just sits quietly in the bottom of your browser.
Does the CashBackAutomator work with eBay?
Yes. To get Cashback credit for eBay, make sure you click through the CashBackAutomator every time you bid or make a buy it now purchase. If you end up making a purchase, you will get some cash back.
Can I use the tool with coupon codes?
Yes. As long as the coupon code is one you enter into the shopping cart, they you can definitely use the CashBackAutomator with coupon codes. We highly recommend you use both the CashBackAutomator and coupon codes to maximize your savings.
Why did you create the CashBackAutomator?
We love cash back sites. They are an important, easy, free way to save money while shopping online. However, we found that sometimes they take a little too much clicking to get the savings. We wanted to streamline the process – and that’s how the CashBackAutomator was born.
What cash back sites does the CashBackAutomator work with?
Currently, the Cashback Automator only works with the free cash back site BigCrumbs.com.
At what stores can I get cash back?
You can get cash back at most major online retailers. eBay, BestBuy, and Target are some names you might realize. You can see the entire list of eligible retailers by visiting BigCrumbs.
Can I get cash back at Amazon?
Sadly, no. However, you can use our extension to price check anything on the web at Amazon. Just highlight a product name, ISBN number (for textbooks!), or any word, right-click with our extension, and then search for the highlighted term on Amazon. It's that easy!
What countries do you support?
BigCrumbs.com and the CashBackAutomator currently are only available for people residing in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, and Australia.

How do I check my savings?
Visit BigCrumbs, log-in, and click on "My Account:" to see your savings.
When do I get my money?
BigCrumbs.com currently pays its members once a month via paypal. Check the BigCrumbs.com site for more details - we don't handle any of your savings!
Can I use the CashBackAutomator on PCs and/or Macs?
You can use the CashBackAutomator on any operating system, as long as you are using Firefox, which is a free web browser

You can use the CashBackAutomator to quickly search for any item on Amazon or Bizrate.com. Simply highlight some text on a page, right click, and then select "Search on Amazon" or "Search on Bizrate". It's a fast and easy way for you to price check anything online!
